Garden Creatures: Frogs
What would a garden be without a frog pond? And a frog pond without frogs? These little guys are brand new this year. It's hard to tell from the photographs, but they are quite small. Their bigger, older extended family also live in the pond. It's fun to listen to the deep croak of the bullfrog when he decides to be vocal.
This particular frog pond is in my parents' garden.
Every year we enjoy watching the tiny tadpoles morph into these little frogs and then grow and grow, year by year.
Welcome to the pond, little frogs!
